When the RIISE Group embarked on a project to revitalise a traditional Queenslander home, they aimed to create a light, bright bathroom design honouring the home's classic VJ cladding. The clients envisioned a modern, elegant space featuring contemporary amenities seamlessly integrated into the traditional architecture.
The ensuite posed a significant challenge due to its numerous existing windows and doors. The architects and interior designers needed to incorporate a bath and a double vanity and optimise the space without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
The final design is a beautiful blend of modern amenities with the traditional charm of an old Queenslander. The bright, white palette enhances the sense of space and light, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The brushed gold accents provide a warm, luxurious contrast, adding a layer of sophistication to the design.
At arthaus Bathroom & Kitchen, we were delighted to supply the high-quality fixtures and tapware that played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. The choice of brushed gold fittings and fixtures from Argent and Villeroy & Boch added a sophisticated touch to the design. These elements provided the necessary functionality and contributed to the overall elegance and modernity of the space.
