Bringing the New Farm House to Life: An Ode to Elegance and Practicality

At arthaus Bathroom & Kitchen, we pride ourselves on collaborating with top-tier architects and builders to transform visions into tangible realities. Our recent project, the New Farm House, designed by FOLAR Architecture and built by Pagewood Projects, is a perfect example of this synergy.
 

The New Farm House caters to a family of five, and the goal was to balance simplicity with sophisticated design to accommodate three energetic teenagers. The homeowners, who had fantastic taste, sought a space that melded practicality with a touch of luxury, making every detail count.
 

The standout feature of this stunning home is undoubtedly the main ensuite, which is a true masterpiece of design. The highlight here is our Theano bath, set against a large, elegant wall tile panel that commands attention. This feature wall creates a focal point that elevates the room's overall aesthetics and reflects the homeowner's preference for gorgeous, high-quality finishes.

 

The Grace Neu vessel basins in the main bath and Vita wall-mounted basin mixers (in Brushed Nickel and Gun Metal) from Villeroy & Boch add a modern touch, ensuring durability and style. Storage solutions were also a key consideration, including a Timberline bathroom shaving cabinet that meets the family's practical needs without compromising style.

Throughout the home, from the kitchen to the outdoor areas, the choice of fixtures like the Villeroy & Boch Vita Kitchen Mixer with a pull-out spray in Gun Metal  and the Cisterna 45 under counter sink reflects a commitment to quality and functionality.
