In 2011 Scott joined the annual Argent Study Tour which visited the Villeroy & Boch headquarters in Mettlach, Germany. There Scott was able to witness first hand Villeroy & Boch’s expert manufacturing processes and explore the Old Abbey which is where the product design magic happens.
